You can plan ahead and utilize various strategies if you know how to cut the grass, and your army will move, and sometimes even dive up into separate units, depending on how they are blocked by the obstacles and the grass.

To be honest, the main charm of the game is just how simple it is. There is not any complex gameplay or mechanics to learn, and you pretty much just cut grass to lead your army to the enemy troops. Once there, they will automatically do the rest and defeat the enemy troops, before storming into the castle to claim it as their own.

Moving on to the more technical side of things, the graphics of Castle Raid! Is really simplistic with basic colors and textures for the game environment. The UI and interface are super easy to maneuver around. As for the sound design, there is not much to say as it employs pretty basic effects, but it does enough for the game that it is.
